ECU’s annual East Carolina Piano Festival to return in June GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — East Carolina University is set to host the annual East Carolina Piano Festival in late June through early July. The festival is back with a lineup of pianists of all ages. The concert series kicks off on June 27, at 7:30 pm, with an opening concert featuring Sam Gingher, Keiko Sekino, Yukiko Sekino, Alan Woo and Kwan Yi. Wei-Yi Yang in Recital will perform on June 30 and Stephen Beus in Recital will perform on July 2, with both concerts starting at 7:30 pm. On Sunday, July 5, there will be two free concerts from the Young Artist Program that feature young pianists from across the country. Tickets are $25 or $10 for students.
