The multifarious Roland Leistner-Mayer, composer of 150 numbered works and 34 CDs, died on June 17.
Born in German-occupied Bohemia, he spent most of his creative life in Brannenburg, Bavaria. He drew most attention for ‘The White Requiem’ and for an Internet Symphony, co-composed with Harald Genzmer, Bertold Hummel and Moritz Eggert 25 years ago.
